PLEASE NOTE:

Applicants will be notified of acceptance within 3-5 days after they submit their application. However, if you need to submit a late application (beyond Tuesday, May 20, 2025), please see "Late Applications" below.​

Late Applications

If for any reason, you need to apply for the symposium after Tuesday, May 20, 2025, please contact Robert Kyr as soon as possible at (541) 870-1099 or at rkyr@uoregon.edu.

Tuition Payment Deadline:

TUESDAY, JUNE 10, 2025

(including a $200 non-refundable deposit)​​

HOW TO PAY:

You will be sent a SECURE LINK so that you can pay your tuition directly by credit card or other acceptable means. The secure link will be sent to you during the week of JUNE 2nd.
